A legible color photocopy of your Consular Card
A legible copy of your old Congolese passport or a copy of your Congolese birth certificate for proof of citizenship
A signed typed or handwritten letter addressed to the Chargée d'Affaires a.i n which the requesting party requests the issuance of a travel document. The letter must include the applicant's full name, address, email and a telephone number. Please note that this letter may be written in either English or French
Two color passport photos (4 X 4 format)
